All-levels Vinyasa Flow

Synchronizing breath and movement, students flow in and out of postures to build strength, focus and flexibility. Suitable for healthy beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class includes longer holds, slow and mindful transitions, pranayama (breathing) and restorative techniques. Modifications are offered so students can adapt the class to his/her individual needs.


Yoga for 12-Step Recovery

1st Saturday • 10am – 11:30am and 3rd Tuesday • 7pm – 8:30pm

A 12-step based discussion and yoga practice open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others. This is an open and inclusive group. All A’s are welcome.
