Calm inflammation and learn how to gently open and ease achy joints. This slow-flow, vinyasa-style workshop will offer techniques to connect with your breath, ease into stiffness, and cultivate a quiet sense of calm that is the foundation for all healing. Featuring restorative postures, aromatherapy, self-reflexology and a guided, healing savasana meditation.
The Instructors
Raeanne Wright, Certified Yoga Teacher
Raeanne has been teaching since 2010, shortly after which she developed psoriatic arthritis, an autoimmune disease that left her struggling to practice even the gentlest yoga for nearly 2 years. She is honored to share her practice and the journey that has led her closer to healing. Raeanne is the owner of Troy Yoga, and you can read her full bio here.
Anna Moczulski, QHHT Practitioner
Anna is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Reiki Practitioner. She also offers insightful and fun Realm Readings. She enjoys helping people to understand themselves and their circumstances in order to advance on their spiritual path. After a career as a massage therapist and a nurse, she currently works as an HR professional.
