I am very excited to announce that Troy Yoga will be hosting a Chakra Cleanse Workshop with Amy Martone on Sunday, December 10th. Amy is a certified yoga instructor, Reiki Master, RN, and incredible healer. Her Chakra Cleanse Workshop is a deeply restorative gentle yoga class with an emphasis on meditation, pranayama and visualization. She incorporates essential oils with each chakra, as well as reiki (healing touch) during savasana. This is an extraordinary workshop and the perfect time of year to give your body some extra rest! I will be attending the class myself and hope to see you there!
