The class includes heat building sequences as well as some challenging asanas such as balances and inversions. Joely Johnson Mork has been practicing yoga since the age of 18 and teaching for more than 10 years. Her teaching style and personal practice are strongly influenced by the Sivananda and Integral schools of yoga, but she also has years of experience in Iyengar yoga and often uses props in class. Joely is also certified to teach yoga to people with cancer. She offers private sessions for all levels at $60 per hour or $50 per hour for series of six classes or more. Elizabeth Kasius, RYT completed her yoga teacher training from the Heart Space Holistic Yoga Teacher Empowerment Program, an Albany-based 10-month long certification program that explores a variety of yoga traditions. Her influential teachers include Robert Cuozzi, Laurin Toolin, Cyndi Lee, and Jenny Otto. Elizabeth's yogic focal point is stress relief and well-being, and she loves teaching to beginners.
