Beginner’s Yoga Series in January

Get back to the basics or start a new practice with the new year! This January, I’ll be offering a Beginner’s Yoga series during our regularly scheduled Gentle Yoga class on Wednesdays. If you’ve been practicing for awhile, this will be a good time to refresh the basics and slow down. Bring a friend, and introduce them to the gift of yoga.
