Raeanne has been teaching since 2010 and is the owner of Troy Yoga and Yogatropic, a Hudson Valley yoga and mindfulness publication. Her classes blend different styles and teachings, encouraging students to tap into their own inner wisdom, embrace perceived “imperfections” and let the practice unfold as an evolving dialogue between body and mind – a tool that opens us up to a better understanding of who we are, what we need, and – eventually – our greater purpose is in this life.

Anna is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Reiki Practitioner. She also offers insightful and fun Realm Readings. She enjoys helping people to understand themselves and their circumstances in order to advance on their spiritual path. After a career as a massage therapist and a nurse, she currently works as an HR professional.
